About the Team
The AI Operations team is a part of Developer Infrastructure - Application Monitoring Systems in which the team is building an observability platform that aggregates data into logs, metrics, and traces, which includes application monitoring, a customised dashboard, intelligent alarm, problem diagnosis, and remediation, tracing topology analysis, in order to guarantee production service stability, capacity management, and service governance capabilities. The platform then processes that data into events and KPIs that can be leveraged by information teams to measure system performance. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our products through effective monitoring and observability solutions.

About the Role:
As a member of the AI Operations team within Application Monitoring Systems, you will focus on Application Performance Monitoring (APM) products, with responsibilities spanning pricing strategy formulation, cost analysis, and data governance. Your expertise in data analysis, metric development, and data visualization will contribute to the creation of meaningful dashboards that support various business needs. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with effective communication and collaboration abilities, will enable you to drive actionable insights and enhancements for the business.

What you will be doing:

  • Build global infrastructure for multi-media transport, storage, and process, to serve billions of users all over the world.;
  • Engage in global production systems management such as monitoring, emergency response, capacity planning, and optimization;
  • Build tools, automation, visualisations, and monitors to facilitate the operation and optimization of the global infrastructure;
  • Engage in and improve the whole service lifecycle, from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement;
  • Scale up systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and initiate changes that improve system reliability and processing speed.
Qualifications

What you should have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in using Python, Jupyter, and Hive, and have a strong command of SQL;
  • Familiar with at least one aspect of machine learning, data mining, data analysis, or distributed computing, with deep theoretical research and practical experience;
  • Possess knowledge framework in constructing data metric systems, with prior experience in building metric systems. Proficient in basic data analysis methods, have some experience in translating data into business insights, and capable of writing professional analysis reports;
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, show enthusiasm for tackling challenging problems, exhibit strong initiative and strive to pick up new knowledge, and possess good communication, collaboration, and stress management abilities.
